Workshop   2 days - 3rd May (9:30 am to 5:30pm) and 4th May 2010 (9:30 am to 3:30 pm)
6 company oriented sessions of 1hr. each and another 6 presentation from experts on LED Concepts and applications
    Venue: Stein Auditorium
Invitees: 350 to 400
Entry: By invitation
Profile: architects, consultants, contractors, town planners, Central government deptts. – Urban development, tourism, national highways, railways, electricity distributors, CPWD, MES, etc. and from state governments, departments of power, municipalities, PWD and local administration.
Participation fee: A manufacturer who wants to make a presentation for about 45 minutes on company profile & LED concepts and products can send a request on the form. Depending on the slot available, we shall confirm to you the participation fee
Networking   4th May (4pm to 6 pm)
    Tables will be provided to company participating in presentation, to interact with prospective enquiries / purchasers. Meetings will be pre-arranged.
Display & Exhibition   3 days – 3rd, 4th and 5th May 2010 (10am to 7pm)
    Participants: LED capsule manufacturers, Luminaires manufacturers, Driver and accessories manufacturers’ Printed board suppliers, LED machinery suppliers etc.

Space booking: Interested manufacturers may send their requirement on-line or per e-mail to get full details and cost

Demonstration   3 days from 3rd to 5th May 2010 (7pm to 9pm)
    Venue: India Habitat Centre
No fee for those who are participants in both of the above events, (workshop and exhibition). Only electricity and damage charges on actual will be charged extra.

Please note that the cost of all accessories like poles, cables, labour etc. will be paid by the exhibitor on actual cost.

Invitation   Jointly by Ministry of Power and ELCOMA. MoP will issue circulars to state government to send their relevant representatives. Elcoma will follow up these contacts and ensure confirmed registration
Promotion   Newspaper ads and reports, professional magazines and TV discussions, direct mailers, emails and sms messages
Entry   Free for delegates and visitors for all events
Participants advantage   - Showcase LED products to a dedicated lighting stakeholder both in private as well government sector
